Commercial Loan
Officer
BMC is recruiting exceptional individuals with
prior experience as commercial loan officers. Positions are available
both in BMC’s current offices, as well as to open up new markets
not yet served by BMC. Candidates must have strong sales skills,
solid understanding of real estate finance, and an existing sales
client base.

Residential
Loan Officer
BMC is recruiting exceptional individuals with
prior experience as residential loan officers. Positions are in BMC’s
Dallas headquarters. Candidates must have strong sales skills, solid
understanding of residential real estate finance, and an existing
sales client base.

Associate Loan
Officer (Commercial)
BMC is recruiting candidates for its associate
loan officer training program. The associate program is designed
to teach candidates all aspects of the real estate finance industry,
with the goal of them ‘graduating’ to a commercial loan
officer position after two years. Ideal candidates have graduated
in the top 20 percent of their university within the last three years,
have strong quantitative aptitude, and a desire to work hard to support
the organization.

Commercial Loan
Processor
BMC is recruiting candidates to serve as commercial
loan processors for BMC’s multi-family and commercial real
estate divisions. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience
in processing commercial real estate transactions. Processors manage
the loan process from origination through closing, and must be capable,
hands on, and able to communicate well with clients.
