Keith Van Arsdale - President & CEO

Keith Van Arsdale has been employed by BMC Capital for 10 years and previously served as the Managing Director of its south west division. He is a recognized industry expert in the financing of small balance commercial loans and has participated in and overseen more than $1 billion in loan production while at BMC Capital. Keith has a Business Marketing Degree from Texas Christian University.

Carl Esrey - Founder

Carl Esrey founded BMC Capital in 1991. Carl received his Bachelor degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University in 1990 and is active with a number of civic groups in the Dallas community.

Jonathan Morris - Director & Principal

Jonathan Morris serves as a BMC Director & Principal. Prior to Joining BMC, Jonathan was the founder and CEO of GlobalTech Consulting Services, one of Asia's largest financial software development firms. Jonathan also founded and sold Indonesia Online, a diversified IT firm based in South East Asia. Previously he served as a member of the financial services practice at the Boston Consulting Group. Jonathan is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, and received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Brown University, and studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University.
